Selection Process: Infosys selection process consist of 4 rounds
1) Written test
2) HR round
Written Test : Infosys do not have a fix pattern for written test, but still it largely consist of Math, Reasoning and English. In reasoning they will give 30 questions in 40 mins, one can easily do 25 questions if they has regular practice, the cutt off for reasoning is around 18 to 20, i.e 60 to 65 %. In English section they will give 30 questions in 30 mins, in which two large passages are given which takes more time, but good news is that the cutt off is 50 to 55 % i.e 12 to 14, my suggestion is first concentrate on passage, we can get easily 10 marks there and put one option remaining and we can clear easily.
HR Round: there is no technical interview in Infosys. Here Questions are asked on CV and the candidate’s personal life Leadership, team work, Communication, Project and role of candidate in it, Describe yourself, Career plans, Strength / Weakness, hobbies are the general areas of questions. Sometimes information regarding your city, meaning of names are also asked.
